RETURNS & REFUNDS

Records and CDs are made to order, one at a time, for the person who ordered them. Because of that, orders can’t be cancelled or returned once placed, and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, write to hello@stephenjaymes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Apparel, posters and decals are also printed to order. The same applies: no returns for change of mind or sizing, but anything damaged, defective or misprinted will be replaced or refunded. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and can’t be returned. If a file won’t download or play, write to me and I’ll fix it.

Import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country on delivery are not refundable, as they’re set and collected by your country, not by me.
