His sound has been compared to Cat Stevens, Beck, and T Rex. His voice to Iggy Pop, Scott Walker, and Gordon Lightfoot. His lyrical sensibility to Phil Ochs and Leonard Cohen. His mixing engineer Zsolt Virag calls it sadhappy — uplifting music with penetrating lyrics — and that’s probably the most efficient description. Current single Birdcage is charting at #55 on the Hypeddit Alternative Chart with an 81% hook rate across Meta campaigns.
