I’m also a designer, by profession. My icon is the result of me smashing the S and J of my initials together until I could kind of create a representation of them being equal, like a yin-yang symbol. Then I carved what represents, to me, a crow’s wing.
Because I feed the crows daily, and I really enjoy watching them and interacting with them (more on that later). They say crows somehow represent death. A premonition of death. But to me, crows represent the fundamentals of life, and I believe they show humans the way. Again, more on this later.
Suffice it to say: to me, crows, if crows represent death, or that your death is coming, what that means to you (the real metaphorical meaning of crows) is that death must exist in order to imply life. They must both exist. Life and death.
If crows represent death, then, to me, that death is spiritual. So far. And I see each crow also as pure, shining, white, because after that spiritual or real death, you will know God.
